Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Select health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds:
    A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

For late or missing refunds:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
