Order Confirmation and Shipping Details

When you place an order with Quetcomb Shop, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to you. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page.


Order Processing Time

We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before being shipped. Please note that weekend closures may result in minor delays.

In peak periods, processing may extend beyond 3 business days. Additionally, if your payment or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect, your order may be delayed.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–12 business days (varies by location)

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM.


Shipping Fees

  • Continental US: Standard Shipping – $5.99
  • Rest of World: Standard Shipping – $11.99

Estimated Shipping Times by Region

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

Note: These estimates do not include the 1-2 business days for processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive tracking info within 5 days, contact our customer support. It may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Changes

You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us at [email protected] for assistance.


Shipping Restrictions

To ensure smooth delivery, double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If errors are found within 24 hours, contact us for corrections.

If a package fails to be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Refusal of the package
  • Delivery marked as “successful” but you claim non-receipt

We are unable to issue a refund. If the package is lost or missing, we’ll provide carrier details and tracking information for your follow-up.


Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Quetcomb Shop operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning buyers are responsible for any applicable duties upon delivery. Please consult your country’s customs office for further information.
